WORLDWIDE
QUALITY &
PRODUCTION.
EEC offers
production in
Brazil,
Europe,
India,
South African, and
the
USA. The
quality and components
are exactly the same
regardless of
location. All
system are built
to the same
specifications
and tested vigorously
before shipping.
If you would like to take
advantage of
EEC's competitive
pricing, you
should plan well
ahead and
consider
delivery time
and shipping.

R:
CAN
YOUR SYSTEM
SUSTAIN SALINE
AND TROPICAL
WEATHER?
Standard
bio systems are
constructed in
carbon steel,
sand blasted,
epoxy coated, and
is resistant to most
weather
conditions. If
extreme situations
like high
saline or
tropical
environment,
systems can be
manufactured in
stainless steel
or even be
customized in
fiberglass.

UNDERGROUND
INSTALLATIONS?.
EEC Treatment plants
are suitable for
above and below
ground installation,
the supply and
install prices as
far as EEC is concerned, are
matching. Installing
the units above
ground will have a
major cost saving
with regard to the
civil work required.
Above ground
installations
require only a
concrete base while
below ground will
need excavations, a
concrete base and
selected backfilling
materials. BACK

BALANCE
TANK
INCLUDED?. Our
standard system
does not include
a balance
tank. Pending
flow, application, and
client need, we
can in some
cases include a balance tank. BALANCE
TANK SIZE: we recommend
anything from
one (1) hour to
one (1)
day holding
capacity. The
balance tank should
however be
sized as to
level out daily
variation in hydraulic
load.

below)

SLUDGE
HANDLING SYSTEM.
System feed and
sludge pumps are
included in the
EEC High-Speed
Bio Tec systems
design. Once commissioned,
this operation
is fully
automatic.
During contract
negotiation, EEC
can recommend balance
tank
lay-out to
include a sludge
tank that
will interact
with our bio
system. Once
this is in place
and correctly
implemented
according
to
our
recommendations, we
estimate sludge
to be emptied
once a year. BACK

R:
PREPARATION
NEEDED.
The package
plants require
properly leveled
ground, preferably
a concrete slab
with a drain
facility or
properly
graveled. The
containers must
be carefully
water leveled
before
commissioning
and checked for
deviations
afterwards. Otherwise,
national safety
regulations must
be adhered to. A
wastewater pound
or Balance tank
should be
provided
up-stream from
plant (Also see
"Balance
Tank"
above). The
pond should be
sized as to
level out daily
variation in hydraulic
load and is to
be
arranged
for
return
of
rejected
water
from
the
pant.

I
HAVE
3000
M3
PER
DAY,
CAN
YOUR
SYSTEM
HANDLE
THIS?
Our standard EEC
Bio Systems or Model
39CON3 for domestic
wastewater can
process
up to 300
m³ p/d (79,252
gal/d.) To
increase
capacity,
we can
add
containers,
i.e. 3x40'
= 900 m³
and 4x40' = 1200
m³/d and so on.
However, we will
reach a point
where there is
no longer
practical or economical
to implement our
containerized
systems, this is
project
depended
(see
chapter
below).
ANY
SIZE
SYSTEM.
EEC has
licensee
partners that utilize
our compact bio technology
and can offer
any size WWTP based on local
cooperation. We
can
supply
engineering,
equipment,
and
combine
forces
with
local man power.
BACK
PROJECT
DEPENDED.
Implementing
smaller
bio
systems
spread out at
various
locations
may
be
an
advantage
for
projects
like
golf
courses
and
smaller
communities.
However,
it
will
all
depend
on the outfall,
terrain, and
project requirements.
Smaller
systems
offer
flexibility,
often
great
savings,
and
effluent
for
irrigation,
toilet flush, or
as
needed,
